Car Upkeep is a local storage app. Everything you enter — your vehicles, nicknames, service dates and notes — is saved in your own web browser on your own device. We do not ask you to create an account, and your maintenance records are never uploaded to a Nejo Studios server, sold, or shared with advertisers.
Because the data lives in your browser, you are in full control of it. You can edit or delete a car at any time, and clearing your browser's site data removes your records permanently. Summaries you export as TXT, Word or PDF files are generated on your device and downloaded straight to it. Note that data saved in one browser or device will not appear in another, and we cannot restore records once they are cleared.
Our hosting provider may collect basic, non-identifying technical information such as page requests and general traffic statistics in order to keep the site running securely.
